LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR

Growing up in Hawaii, Harmony learned the value of hard work at an early age, which she developed into a fearlessness in her professional life. She began her career building code for Microsoft’s Dynamics NAV division in exchange for her student loan debt. Harmony anticipated a legal and political career even before she was offered the Mircosoft opportunity.  In 2012, Harmony received the highest score on the Louisiana Civil Law Notary Exam for that sitting, and thereafter established her own law firm in New Orleans specializing in corporate and real estate law.

At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Harmony sold her practice and moved to Georgia for a new adventure. She decided to utilize her legal knowledge and business process engineering background to help other law firms develop their operating systems to ensure growth and longevity. Harmony’s unique understanding of both the complexities of law and the analytical and organizational skills needed to run a successful business make her a perfect fit for Downs Law’s personal approach to serving clients.

Along with her Master of Business Administration with a focus on Business Analytics from Graziadio Business School, Harmony is also an Accredited Legal Professional (NALS) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  She also is involved in various professional organizations, including the Association of Legal Administrators and Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA).

When not obsessively watching football (Fight On Trojans!), Harmony enjoys cooking gourmet meals for her family and friends, reading, and listening to live music.
